HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS
Oregon Law requires
you to notify DMV of
any change of address
within 30 days.
You can change your address with DMV:
• Online at DMV2U.Oregon.gov
• By calling DMV at 503-945-5000
• In person at your local DMV office
DMV will use the new address to update your:
1. Driver License, Permit, or ID Card record;
2. Vehicle registration records; and
3. Voter registration record, if you want us to.
DMV DOES NOT update your address with the U.S. Postal Service.
