Terms and Guidelines:
Store credit will be issued for products returned in new condition.
Only Pre-Orders products canceled within 7 days of purchase are eligible for refunds back to the original payment method. All other purchased products are eligible for store credit only.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
If an item arrives damaged this will need to be reported within 5 days of delivery. When reporting this to us, please include images of the damage and an attachment of the SKU on the polybag packaging your item arrived in. Once approved, CurveLift will replace it with the same size and color as the original order. If any damage is reported after the 5 day time period, CurveLift is not responsible. If the required images cannot be provided, CurveLift will be unable to fulfill your request.

All CurveLift orders are processed within 5 minutes of purchase and shipped within 48 business hours to ensure speedy delivery.
